I like to think of myself as a high-level generalist…
…but that doesn’t mean I’m a jack-of-all-trades.
Instead, I’ve built up a bank of specific skills to deliver value quickly and positively impact a business and the people who love working within it.
I’ve helped build and scale companies, cultures, and teams from the ground up, which has often meant balancing lots of projects with limited resources.
Everything starts with a scalable, sustainable strategy.
From designing national mental health resources for young people to developing digital products that drive impact for small organisations, and even (accidentally) establishing my own knitting social enterprise, I thrive on taking your nebulous ideas and creating a plan to bring them to life.
Although it’s been challenging, it means I know how to create new approaches to old problems and create solutions that scale.
Once we’ve figured out what needs to be fixed, changed, or improved, you can leave it to me to get it done.
